Spam Filtering Aggressiveness.
Clients can configure spam filtering to "very loose", "loose",
"normal", "aggressive", "very aggressive",
or "accept trusted and passcoded email only" (extremely aggressive).

a passcode is entered into the subject line of an inbound email, it's guaranteed
to be delivered as legitimate email. Custom passcodes can be distributed
